How to deal with my manipulating and rude Brother-in-law?

My husbands sisters husband is rude and manipulative. He will say anything to make himself look good and make the rest of the family look bad. He doesn't have a job neither does she. They have 3 kids. They asked the family that has money to help them. They have been living off of them for 6 months now and asked for money before that. They have been out of work for 6 months as well. Neither have tried find a job. They quit their jobs. They live off the government and that's how he wants it. He doesn't want to work. He lazy. He tries to sue people and companies for dump things. Everytime they come to town or even call they cause drama. Our lives are perfect until they call or come around. It's all him. My sister in law can't even have a conversion with her family because he's not around it's like she does know what to say. We have mentioned to her before how we see him. And she disagrees. He lays around and takes over your homes like he's better then you. Now they are moving here and starting a business with the money from family with money. My sister in law doesn't seem to have a problem with it. She doesn't see how she is treated by him. It's so much worse Then want I have typed. My husband and I fight over all of this. He can't stand being around his sister or bro in law. What do we do?
