I turn 18 in 98 days. Am i able to leave without worrying about being forced to go 'home'?

Your parents probably have joint custody with your father having physical custody...meaning the judge ordered that you live with him....that said...the likelihood of you being forced to "go home" since you will be an adult in 98 days...highly unlikely....especially if you tell the police you are being abused (even emotionally). By the time your dad files a violation of custody/visitation you are going to be an adult or close enough that the judge is going to let you make your own decision. Best of luck
