Is it possible for a Psycopath/Sociopath to have BDD(Body Dismorphic Disorder)?

Because I've always figured psychopaths were confident people. (or at least their brains didn't really tap into that nervous or insecurity part). But is it possible for this type of person to be insecure about their looks, but still be manipulative and lack some emotions?
