My friend is in an abusive relationship and I don't know how to help her?

When he hit her... you should have called the police right away... then the police could of seen the blood... its a pattern and it could of been recorded early... and shes crazy for not letting you call the police... she`s enabling his violence.. just sick!!! and you let her.... if that was a child the police would have been there... wat makes her different... if she says no... she`s sick in the head too
