Is it really necessary that Christianity be so fear-laden?

To me, this type of question is just like putting all Atheists into one category. As in, "Is it really necessary that Atheists be so closed-minded?" I don't believe in a burning Hell at all. There are many Christians that don't. The ones that write stuff about "burning" are foolish and give other Christians, that know better, a bad name.
