Georgia Fraud Department Laws Please HELP!!!?

yes someone gave me their info to an online game that had there credit card on file i tried to save mine on it but i guess it didnt save and i spend 200 dollars on points and he says hes calling the georgia police for fraud im only 17 i really didnt mean to but he doesnt believe me..can i go to jail for that
