I forgot what movie this was?

Okay, I remember it from like 2004 or 2003 and these two guys dress up as women and then go to jail (they get a Makeover/ transformation by this gay guy in a salon chair), to find where this girl (with a tattoo, forgot what tatto) hid the money. All I can remember is in the beginning it's like in a breakfast shop. And its a comedy with black people in it. Also, I remember them getting off the jail bus to go to prison and since they're guys they have to take a shower and get undressed and everything (which nobody know they are.) So, basically they dress up as women and then go to jail to get the girl that got arrested in Denny's cafe (I'm not sure if it's Denny's cafe ethier) but I think she hid the money and they wanna know where it is! Please give me the name of this movie, I want to watch it again so bad...
