I need to know my fathers social security number for college. Please help!?

I need my fathers social security number for my FAFSA and he will not give it to me because he does not want me going to the college I want to go to. (I want to go to Buffalo State University of New York) and major in education. he wants me to go closer to home but i dont want to be anywhere around him. he is manipulative and controlling and im not letting him isolate me anymore. Please help!!! i know almost all of his other information, (previous address, birthdate, parents biological names, anything that will help!) thank you!!
